About Richard Angelo Vidallo
Richard Angelo Vidallo, founder of R.A.V. Taekwondo School, started his career in 2000 as part of the Presidential Security Group. After serving in the Armed Forces, Richard moved to Canada in 2005. Despite various jobs, his passion for Taekwondo endured.
Richard resumed Taekwondo in 2017, earning his Black Belt 3rd Dan by 2022. He has also completed a Kyorugi Referee Certification and other coaching seminars. Now, as an AI Certified NCCP instructor, he teaches at the Beausejour and Kildonan branches.
Richard’s journey is even more meaningful as he shares it with his son, Angelo. Together, they teach Taekwondo, create memories, and instill core values of discipline and respect.
Their teaching philosophy emphasizes respect, perseverance, and community. Under Richard’s guidance, R.A.V. Taekwondo is a supportive place for families and individuals to learn and grow.
Richard’s vision goes beyond martial arts; it’s about building a community where everyone is encouraged to reach their full potential.
